The Thermal Composite Spray Systems' Uni-Spray Jet is the flame-spray system that allows application of many diverse coatings. Ceramic, metal oxide, and thermal plastic coatings can be applied safely, easily, and economically.
 

Uni-Spray Jet Assembly

Advanced design of the fuel gas/oxygen mixing system eliminates the possibility of flashback, because there is no combustible mixture within the body of the gun. This design is new, patented, and assures maximum safety with minimum maintenance. The gun design makes it easy to apply consistent, high quality layers as powder is gravity fed from the container on top of the unit, or by an external powder feed.

The system can be filled to any oxy-acetylene equipment, and can handle uncommon or special spray requirements by simply changing the nozzles.

Accessories

Optional System Accessories include an electromagnetic powder vibrator, containing frequency and amplitude control, and an assortment of hoses and fittings which allow the use of powder transport gases like argon and nitrogen.
