Coated Beams for Wastewater Canal
A 20-30 Mil Thermaplast 20 coating was used on structural steel for a waste water canal.
Photos below show the work in process and finished beams leaving out warehouse, ready to be
pile driven into the canal

Mag Plant Structure
A 20 Mil Thermaplast 20 coating was used on a 10,000 sq. ft. structure to be placed
in a magnesium cell area. In this area, corrosion rates of 1/8 inch/year were expected
for uncoated steel. Photos below show the coating applied to pre-fabricated sections
of the structure.

Salt water Corrosion Service
Photos below shows coated grid in a salt-water ditch. Pieces were coated with Thermaplast
resin, then erected underwater by divers.
