Non-Stick Service

Photos below show rail car belly band areas coated with Thermaplast 20 over fresh epoxy paint. (We also coat belly bands with Nylon.) Cars were put into service requiring a non-stick coating for loading of toluene diisocyanate (TDI) and Latex.

High-Purity Solvents

Photos below show FDA approved Thermaplast coating applied to tank car interior. Tank car was used to transport high-purity solvents for the semiconductor industry.



We have also coated interiors of tank trucks and storage tanks in our warehouse and in field locations.
