Our 3 acre site includes outside treatment areas and an enclosed shop with 14,000 sq ft of treatment space.

With 23 ft clearance under our crane trolly, we can handle most process equipment that may arrive by truck or rail. For example our enclosed shop has allowed coating of two 40ft tank trailers at a time.

We recently added a 1500 sq ft sandblasting facility. The sandblasting room measures 20 ft long, 8 ft wide, and 10 ft high, to accommodate production-mode processing of moderately-sized parts. Floor tracks allow for transfer of parts from our main shop area, while floor grating allows for abrasive collection and recycle. Our continuous abrasive recycle maximizes production by minimizing set-up, clean-up, and disposal costs.
