Springs

Springs below, have a Thermoplast coating. The coating endures compression and 300% elongation, without cracking or losing adhesion.

Fluidized Bed Coating

Springs and miscellaneous parts above, as well as the fire extinguisher and brackets below, were easily coated using fluidized bed dipping procedures.



Horizontal Rule

Cooling Tower Fan Gearbox

Below, the exposed surfaces of a cooling tower fan gearbox were treated with 30 Mils of Thermaplast coating for superior protection in a corrosive atmosphere.
