Thermaplast® F-311 FX Flame Spray System A Self Contained Compact Mobile System

The Thermaplast® F-311 FX Flame Spray System is available as a complete and integrated unit. The package consists of the F-311 FX Spray gun, all wiring and powder feed hoses with booster and quick-disconnect fittings, electropneumatic control console, and stainless steel fluidized bed container mounted on a compact mobile skid.

The F-311 FX comes in a sturdy, dust-free, moisture proof metal case. It includes an adjustable wrench for ease of hookup, safety glasses, and simple easy-to-read and follow directions.

The Control Console is mounted on the mobile skid, so that it can be "tilt" adjusted for operator and visibility. The Console controls the flow and feed pressure.

The 14 gallon (50 liter) stainless steel container features a unique engineered fluidized bed powder feeder. Its design eliminates the clogging and plugging experienced with other feeders. It can even be refilled without interrupting the spraying operation.

Plus... the self-contained mobile Thermaplast® F-311 FX Flame Spray System is fitted to handle either one or two Thermaplast® Flame Spray Guns simultaneously. This versatility makes it ideal for professional mass production applications.
