Extreme Service

Thermal polymer systems has a wide range of high performance coatings for extreme service applications.

HCl Service

Photos below show carbon steel dip tubes (2, 4, and 8" diameter) coated inside and out with 40 Mils of Halar fluoropolymer coating.

The filter vessel below was coated inside with 60 Mils of Halar fluoropolymer. Outside was coated with 30 Mils of Thermaplast polymer.

Alloy 20 heat exchanger heads, below, were coated with 60 mils of Halar fluoropolymer. Heads were approximately 12" diameter X 18" long, with 1 1/2 and 2" nozzles.
