The application of plastic powder coatings is only as good as the applicator. We provide
the experience and technical assistance necessary to meet the demands of your specific
application. Coatings have included tank cars (including the interior and belly bands),
non-stick applications, tanks, pipe spools, lawn furniture, boats and other structures.
With more than 100 combined years of experience, our rubber lining department provides
the expertise necessary to assure a quality job. Whether a small repair in our shop,
or any size field job, our mission is to furnish the customer with an exemplary
completed project.

Practical
Thermal Polymer Systems, LC offers the expertise to provide plastic
powder coatings in the commercial and industrial field. Even though we promote a variety
of powders, including EAA, Nylon, and other fluoropolymers such as PVDF and Halar, we
maintain a conservative approach in recommending the best coating for your particular
project. Processes in powder coatings include flamespray, dipping, electrostatic and
flocking.
Oftentimes, the project will demand a more weighty lining. If rubber lining is the
most practical solution, we can make the recommendation. In turn, the customer knows
that the coating or lining that we advocate will be the most practical solution to their
circumstance.

Versatile
A major objective is getting the proper application to your service. When shop application
is not possible, we have the capability to take our services to the field for many of our
coatings. All of our rubber linings can be applied in the field. Our equipment is fully
transportable, and technicians are specially trained for field services.
Up to Date
Since the mid-eighties, working closely with the R&D department of
The Dow Chemical Company, we have played a pertinent role in the growth of the plastic powder
coatings industry. To maintain the most up-to-date technology, we constantly explore newer
and better methods of powder applications and equipment.
Capable
Our facilities include a 14,000 square foot
shop, situated on three acres. The shop utilizes
an overhead crane with 23 feet under the hook.
If the job necessitates the coating to be
done on your jobsite, we are fully portable
to perform quality applications in the field.

The map shows our location in Angleton TX USA. Our buildings is on U.S. Highway 288,
with rail access. We are about 10 mi from the Port of Freeport, while Ports of Houston and
Galveston are both about 40 mi away. Oh...and the local UPS and FedEx distribution centers
are both only 1/4 mi away.
